Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 83 South Grillz LLC. Each grill we create is custom-made based on your unique mold and design preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom Orders

All grillz are handcrafted using the mold and specifications provided by the customer. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order.

Please ensure that your mold is done correctly and that your teeth selection is accurate. If the mold is distorted or incomplete, the final fit may be affected. If needed, a replacement mold kit can be sent for an additional fee.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom grillz or used mold kits.

Exceptions

In rare cases, if there is a verified error on our part (such as a major defect unrelated to the mold provided), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include photos and a detailed explanation for review.

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or remake is appropriate.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

• Delays in mold kit returns affecting production time
