Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with 83 South Grillz LLC! Below is our shipping process to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order:

 

 

Order & Mold Kit Shipping

 

 

Once your order is placed online, we will ship out a mold kit and teeth chart to the shipping address you provide. This kit allows you to select the teeth you want for your grillz and take your custom dental impression.

 

Mold kits are shipped within 1–3 business days of your order using USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, and tracking information will be provided.

 

 

Return Your Mold

 

 

Once you complete your impression and teeth selection, use the prepaid return label (if provided) or your own shipping method to return the mold to us.

 

Please make sure your name and order number are included in the return package to avoid delays in production.

 

 

Grill Production & Final Delivery

 

 

After we receive your mold, we will begin creating your custom grillz. Production time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the design and material chosen.

 

Once your custom piece is complete, we will ship the finished grillz back to you using USPS with tracking.

 

 

 

 

Important Notes:

 

 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, postal service issues, or unreturned mold kits.

• Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

• You will receive tracking details for both shipments (mold kit and final product).
